“The trip was to be a Disney land and sea adventure. Early in the planning process, it became apparent that we needed to get some assistance if we wanted to ensure that no stone was left unturned. We had heard that Cindy was the expert in “all things Disney” through a mutual family friend. I reached out to her and provided her the bare details of what we had envisioned. That’s when she went to work. In a very short time, she began providing the options as well as suggestions for our review. The trip started with a primary focus on the cruise which included all the first-class experiences that could be taken in while on the boat as well as while at port. The next leg included the Disney theme park experiences which included Disney resort accommodations as well as all associated travel to get us from the airport upon arrival, back to the airport upon departure and all transportation needs during the trip.

Shortly after the final details had been worked out and the deposits paid, the cruise line made a change to their travel policies that didn’t align with our families beliefs. Due to this change, we decided to cancel our cruise portion of the trip and place special emphasis on the resort and theme park experiences. Cindy took care of all the cancellation and rescheduling associated with this development which basically required her to start from the beginning again since the original itinerary had the cruise as the highlight of the trip. Once again, we were all booked and paid, and were ready to go.

Then, with less than one month from departure, we had the unfortunate circumstance of a close family member coming down very ill. We monitored the situation for a couple weeks. When it became apparent that the situation was only worsening, we had no choice but to cancel the trip. Cindy immediately began the process of taking care of everything that was needed to cancel all the reservations that had been made as well as handling the refunds and assisting with the trip cancellation insurance document submissions.

In the end, she scheduled, re-scheduled, and cancelled our trip three times. Not to mention the indecisiveness that she dealt with nearly every step along the way. Not one time did she ever show any frustration or hesitation to make any changes that we threw at her. She remained fully engaged, professional, and compassionate all the way through the entire process. When we decide to try this again, there is absolutely no question as to who we will want to assist us with our planning. That is if she’s up to another shot at it!”
